Michaela is a hair stylist and educator who gained her interest in this field as a small child when her mother brought her a dolls head to practice styling hair on after a visit to the hairdressers. This allowed Michaela to learn how to style hair from quite early on. Once she had developed her skill set, she began to do hair for her family and friends. After a short time, her family encouraged her to begin charging people. Michaela then began to charge a small fee for hair styling.

After Leaving school Michaela went to train as a hair stylist. Although she was already very skilled, she decided to get trained as it would teach her many things she did not know and allow her to expand and developer her craft. Through this period Michaela set up her own business as a hair stylist. She quickly caught on to the idea that social media would be a great way to display her work and attain new business. This allowed her to grow her client base quite quickly.

Michaela was then inspired by her tutor and gained an interest in teaching. She had listened to her tutor tell her story many times which, gave Michaela an insight and understanding of where her career could possibly go. She then went on to train as a hair stylist trainer. Michaela now runs her own successful hairstyling company as well as teaches at the Central School of Makeup.
