Kina is a talented creative tattoo artist who accidently realised she had a talent for drawing after running to her room and drawing in anger in reaction to a dispute with her mother. Shocked at what she had created she excitedly took it to school to show her friends and her teacher the next day. She became pregnant shortly after and although she believed her prospects of becoming an artist were over, she went to college to study graphic design whilst having her first child.

Kina continued to draw and create pieces of art such as diamond portraits, custom designed trainers, and other pieces of household items. For friends and family as well as selling some to individuals who would pay. After a conversation with a school friend who was encouraging her to display her artwork on social media. It was decided that her friend would start an Instagram page for her. All Kina had to do was take photos and video recordings of her artwork and her friend would post it for her. This went on for a few weeks then Kina’s friend gave her some amazing news that she had started to receive loads of messages and people were interested in her work.

After watching the page for months Kina decided to take it over and start using it for business. As her business began to grow Kina decided to leave her job to work on it full time. Shortly after she was contacted by a local tattoo artist who offered to teach her how to tattoo. If she agreed her only obligation would be that she would have to work with him for at least a year. Kina readily agreed and quickly became a skilled tattooist gaining work in London and other parts of the country. 3 years on she now runs the tattoo shop she first went to train as well as works from a high-end shop in London one day per week.
